Commissions
What is a personally created point(s) aka P.C.P?
Personally Created Point(s) are services that have been sold directly by you to a customer. We wanted a company that focused on everyone pulling their weight. Driving to make the entire company better for everyone. So we have built a system that requires personally created point(s) minimums to maintain eligibility for bonuses. The more customers we have the more buying power we have and the better services we can get to our customer base. There is no doubt that the personally created point(s) is a powerful keystone.

How do I maximize my commission?
This is a little bit of a loaded question. Everyone has their way to do things. The recommendation we give is 1 product per week as a goal. Get in a rhythm. When you get going, your success will sell reps to join your team. Each product offers income. I would say 100% that the core to succeeding is consistency. Do not set a goal and waiver. Even if you go 2 per month to start, the rhythm of sales will drive your success.

When are commissions paid?
QUICK START Incentive Income (paid weekly - Tuesday)
ROYALTY Recurring Income (paid monthly - on 5th)
BOUNTY Incentive Income (paid weekly - Friday)
RIDE REWARDS Recurring Income (paid weekly - Friday)
CODING Unlimited Income (paid weekly - Friday)

What is a bounty?
The Bounty incentive qualifications are as shown in the Compensation Plan and as described in each announced special Bounty incentive promotion.

What are ride rewards?
As the size of your team grows, so will your Rider and Driver Rewards. Every Ride or Drive creates a commission for 8-16 people. Each Personal Level Drive or Ride completed counts toward your PCP eligibility.

What is the difference between qualify and eligible?
Once you qualify for certain Leadership promotions, you will always be “QUALIFIED” for that feature of the plan. It is of utmost importance that you remain “ELIGIBLE” so that you will be paid everything that you are due.

If I don't quickstart can i still promote?
While promotions are based on number of reps that quickstart, not quickstarting doesn't prevent promotions.
